The reception and cleaning staff where very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is a minute from the main street of Bordeaux and a 5-10 minute walk from the airport tram stop which is cheap and easy to use. The room was very spacious and it had a separate toilet which is unusual in hotel rooms. Comfy bed, comfy chairs, good lightening and plenty of coat hangers. Room was very quiet, no banging doors which we loved.

The hotel's location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient. Trams, buses, and the shopping streets are all within a short walking distance. Despite being central the hotel is situated on a quiet street. The breakfast was superb, offering a reasonable variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff truly stood out for their helpfulness and politeness, always ready to assist. The room size was convenient, providing enough space to relax comfortably and the Wi-Fi and internet speed were excellent. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room, with free coffee and tea capsules provided. We also used the fridge for some local produce we bought during the day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Best compliments to Ms Camille at the reception who gave us a very warm welcome. She provided us with clear & useful explanation in English when we told her that we could barely manage in French. The room was very comfortable & cleanliness impeccable. Well done to the hotel staff for putting quality & service as a priority.

Most things went well really. The location is fantastic, couldn't be better in fact. It is in a pedestrian only area just on the corner of the St. Catherine rd. and has very easy access to all the tram lines. So you can see the sights very easily. The real beds were very comfy with lovely pillows, we also had a sofa bed but this had a foam mattress and I found it got too hot. There were three of us in the room and I thought it was a bit small for three but we did book the least expensive room so that's all we could expect really. Breakfast was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is very well located, just off Rue St Catherine, the main shopping street. Surrounded by beautiful old streets and walkable to most of the historical monuments and the tourist information. We felt we couldn’t have been in a better location to explore Bordeaux. Although we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle, our spacious room was extremely quiet and comfortable. We requested a quiet room on a lower floor, which the hotel gave us. We had a triple room, with a very comfortable king size bed and sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. We appreciated having air con, especially as it was August and very hot and the free bottle of water each day in the room was very welcome, although we did have to call reception a couple of times as it was forgotten a few times.

* close to all landmarks/attractions * friendly staff * big room * daily cleaning * complimentary coffee capsules in the room stocked up daily * very quiet room (we we based at the back, not street side so cannot comment for other rooms) * after check out we were able to leave our luggage at the storage free of charge

This hotel was perfect! The location was in the middle of everything, they gave really good advice on where to park and a huge discount! There are two sets of double glazing, so although you are in the middle of everything, it's incredibly quiet. The room had everything you could need and the bed was comfy. I highly recommend this hotel

We loved the location of Quality Hotel Bordeaux as we intended to spend time in the area, given the proximity to high street shops, restaurants & public transport. Room was well equipped, well maintained & clean, as described with enough storage space, free wifi, internet TV, coffee machine & mini-fridge. Neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings so we enjoyed peaceful rest overnight. Weather was exceptional warm during our stay so we were very grateful for the well functioning air conditioning & windows that could open for ventilation. Thank you to all the friendly staff.

Location - located in the main shopping street and tram stop is short walking distance which you can travel to other attractions. Lots of restaurants, cafes within or below 5 minutes walk. Room - spacious for double bed room type, can open 2 full size luggage’s and plenty of storage for clothes etc. bathroom is spacious and the towel heater is very good and fast for drying clothes. Staff are friendly, we booked a taxi thru the hotel front desk to the train station and the driver was on time and the ride cost 24 euro.
